Paid Media Manager - Independent Agency - Hybrid Working Model (2 days in office)

The Company

• A multilingual performance media agency, specializing in delivering high-performing digital strategies across Search, Social, and beyond for clients in diverse verticals.

The Job

• Account leadership - leading client strategy in conjunction with an Account Director & representative from the agency leadership team
• Client objectives and context - understand what your clients' commercial objectives are, why KPIs have been set, and what strategies we have in place to achieve those objectives and hit KPIs
• Account planning - have an understanding of what your client wants to accomplish in order to continuously plan across channels and platforms
• Insight - working with your team to dig in to the campaign data and deliver key insights to your clients
• Mentoring & training - you'll be expected to mentor junior team members, offering guidance and practical training

You

• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across Search and Social platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Exceptional client-facing and team management skills.
• A proactive, curious, and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
