Oscar Digital have partnered with an ecommerce retailer specializing in bridal pieces. This company have recently been named in the top 15 fastest growing companies by the Sunday Times, and are looking to increase their headcount to assist with further expansion.

We are on the hunt for an experienced Paid Media Expert, to own the entire Paid Media budget. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work across platforms such as Google and Meta to run and optimize campaigns. The key to this role is results and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid campaigns across Google Search and Meta, potentially expanding to other platforms.
• Confidently manage significant budgets, adhering to strict deadlines
• Generate leads through paid campaigns, that can be converted to sales
• Drive a data-centric marketing approach, with a strong emphasis on customer value and payback
• Ensuring proper tracking, analysis and reporting
• Identify market performance trends and opportunities to stay ahead of competition and translate findings into effective digital campaign

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing paid campaigns
• Minimum 3 years' experience
• Ecommerce experience
