Paid Media Manager

Walker and Sloan are proud to be working with a Digital Marketing Agency in Bristol, as they are keen to bring on board a Paid Media Manager to the team on a full time basis. 

 

Location: Bristol - Hybrid 3 days from home

Salary: Up to £40k

 

We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment and is motivated to make an impact. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with a range of clients - from start-ups to established brands - delivering data-driven paid media solutions that align with evolving privacy standards.

 

● Develop and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
● Leverage our attribution suite of tools to provide clear, actionable insights into campaign strategy.
● Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their goals, adjust strategies, and communicate results.
● Work in a supportive, collaborative team environment that prioritises learning and growth.

 

 

● 2-4 years working in a paid media role
● Great knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
● Great knowledge of Google Analytics
● Knowledge of Google Tag Manager or aptitude to learn
● Account management/client facing experience
● Agency experience

 

● Experience with additional platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
● Multi-sector campaign experience.
● Knowledge of Google Data Studio and Funnel
