Having just won a new luxury skincare client, we are looking for a passionate Paid Search Executive, who loves luxury and is excited about working in a start-up to join the team and work on this exciting multi-market account.
Joining as the 12th member of the team, you'll be one of the founding team members, giving you a generous package (see below), shares in the business, the opportunity to fast-track your career in media and a chance to build the agency we wish existed!

Must-haves:
Between 1 and 2 years experience of managing paid search/shopping campaigns Experience of managing search optimised towards onsite conversions, ideally within the retail/DTC sector Be ambitious, curious and inquisitive You've got a naturally solution-oriented problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit, who enjoys tackling challenges head-on You’re kind and personable A strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, especially in relation to digital Good grasp of Excel and PowerPoint fundamentals Ideally Google Adwords and Google Analytics certified
What you will do You’ll primarily be working on our largest global account focusing on Paid Search/P-MAX, YouTube and Display reporting directly to the Paid Search Manager on the account. The primary focus of the role will be planning and executing paid search, running structured testing, elevating Search, P-MAX and YouTube creative, whilst providing account management directly to the client.
Key responsibilities include
Account management Collaborate with your client, proactively supporting them in the day-to-day management of paid search campaigns Oversee day-to-day account performance and deliver weekly reports Identify
opportunities/challenges
before they arise, designing solutions to ensure you’re always one step ahead Be the go-to team member for all things Paid Search, regularly attending in-person meetings with your client
Media Produce media plans built around clear rationale and business outcomes Activate campaigns from build to quality assurance Optimise campaigns, actively advising on both media and creative decisions which will influence performance Input into your client’s media strategy – building and owning the client’s learning/testing agenda Deliver insightful analysis which drives improved performance via reporting Work with clients to forecast and set targets, building trust in your skills as a media professional Build relationships with key media owners
Team & people Become a trusted source of truth for all things paid search Deliver a monthly inspiration presentation – keeping everyone up-to-date with the latest and greatest
