The Job

• Translate client briefsinto actionable campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Build and deploy campaigns across Paid Social
• Own QA-ensuring data, logic, targeting, and creative are campaign-ready
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimisations or nextsteps
• Work with designers, not just brief them-co-create effective assets and learn fast

You

• Hands-on with Meta Ads, TikTok and Google Analytics
• Strong attention to detail-you don't miss the small stuff
• Collaborative mindset-comfortable working across functions
• Curious about creative-you might not design, but you know what works
