Paid Social Manager

We are pleased to be partnering with one of our long standing clients on a Paid Social Manager vacancy, they are looking to bring someone in to their marketing team that will own the Paid Social Strategy end-to-end. They are a well-established house hold name and have aggressive expansion plans, this role sits at the heart of that.

Paid Social Manager – Responsibilities:

* Own the Paid Social Strategy across Meta, TikTok & Snapchat.

* Manage budgets, bids, targeting, and audience segmentation to maximise ROAS.

* Develop & execute paid social campaigns for key product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.

* Brief and oversee creative content for social campaigns to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

* Monitor and optimise campaign performance through A/B testing and data insights.

* Report weekly and monthly on KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPCs, and conversions.

* Stay ahead of emerging trends and platform updates to keep strategies innovative.

* Collaborate with Ecom, Marketing, CRM, SEO & Paid Search Teams for integrated campaigns.

* Work with external brand partners to run successful campaigns.

Paid Social Manager – Candidate Profile:

* Proven experience in managing Paid Social Campaigns in-house or agency-side.

* Strong analytical skills and experience using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, and Looker studio.

* Deep understanding of performance optimisation, creative best practices and audience targeting.

* Excellent communications skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

* Experience in a fast paced eCommerce environment is preferred.

Paid Social Manager – Package:

* Annual Salary of c £45,000 – £55,000 – doe

* Annual Performance Related Bonus / Salary Review

* 22 days hols PLUS Bank Hols

* Annual Allocation of WFH days
