Job Description - Paid Social Media Manager

Paid Social Media Manager / Lead - London Victoria - Hybrid Working

As Paid Social Media Manager, you will be a crucial part of the Lead Generation team. You will drive forward our push channels with tactics and strategies to attract quality leads. In your role you will have responsibility of managing digital campaigns, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, A/B testing, and campaign optimisation.

Working in a key hub of our business with experienced Marketing professionals to learn from and collaborate with.

Our Paid Social Media Manager will have experience in and be confident to:

  • Take full ownership of all Social Media, Display and other Push Digital Campaigns
  • Work with design teams to conceive and produce eye catching & scroll stopping multimedia creative assets for lead generation.
  • Understand and build successful campaign structures, configure settings, and write compelling ad copy that gives our creative assets the greatest chance for success.
  • Balance lead volume and lead quality, using targeting and creative mixes to optimise for lead generation KPIs, as well as channel ROI.
  • Design and implement A/B tests that experiment with new strategies and optimisation theories, and Compile analyses to deliver long-term campaign improvements.
  • Conduct daily campaign analysis to obtain actionable insights for optimisation, as well as regular and ad hoc KPI reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Quickly identify and troubleshoot fluctuations in performance to understand issues and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Grasp new and emerging push channels to build strategies that quickly yield good results.
  • Understand and leverage available data and context, both online and offline, to feed into campaigns to optimise performance.
  • Understand the position of our push channels across our wider marketing mix, and be able to communicate the value to other marketing stakeholders
  • Understand and report on attribution metrics to show hidden or supportive value of channels
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with paid social, display, native and programmatic support teams, and with any other relevant suppliers or agencies.
  • Coordinate with the umbrella Digital Marketing Group to stay up-to-date with the most recent technologies and strategies tested on other markets, as well as promptly sharing local success stories.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on digital marketing experience on paid social, native, display and/or programmatic campaigns, managing significant budgets over a wide number of campaigns.
  • Proven experience developing and launching successful creative ad campaigns, including building compelling copy.
  • data analysis experience.
  • Highly proficient in Excel. Knowledge of relational databases, Power BI/data visualization tools a plus
  • Skilled and experienced in the use of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and DoubleClick.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Needs to be able to think creatively, strategically and analytically, take intelligent risks, and make connections between data trends.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Reliable, autonomous, and organised, with a strong work ethic, and a fervent desire to learn.
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Capable of adapting to a fast-changing environment and take on ad hoc projects when necessary.
  • High degree of personal loyalty and integrity with the ability to inspire confidence and gain credibility.
  • Previous experience in marketing in the security industry is a plus.
