Are you a paid social specialist who wants full ownership of performance and the chance to deepen your skills beyond Meta into Google Ads?

We’re supporting a growing, independently owned digital agency with the appointment of a Paid Social Media Manager. You’ll take the lead on planning, executing and optimising performance campaigns across Meta and other paid social platforms, while developing your capability in Google Ads over time.

The Role

You’ll own the paid social function day-to-day – from shaping strategy and audiences through to hands-on build, optimisation, reporting and client communication. Alongside this, you’ll work closely with the existing paid media lead to broaden your skills in Google Ads so you can eventually manage full‑funnel performance across both paid social and search.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Can:

• Develop and deliver performance‑focused paid social strategies (Meta essential; LinkedIn/TikTok/Snapchat a bonus)
• Own hands-on build, optimisation and scaling of campaigns across multiple clients
• Manage and optimise meaningful budgets in a commercially responsible way
• Test creatives, audiences and bidding strategies methodically, using data to guide decisions
• Work with conversion tracking (e.g. pixels, events) and liaise on Google Tag Manager where needed
• Turn performance data into clear, client‑ready insight and recommendations
• Present confidently to clients, explaining what’s working, what isn’t and what you’ll do next
• Show the right mindset to develop into Google Ads and broader paid media ownership over time
