We're a creative studio with a focus on fun and making entertaining games for all the family to play due to expansion we are looking to build the performance marketing team.

• 3+ years' experience in Paid Social.
• Hybrid - 4 days a week in the London office one day from home.
• Salary starting from £40K.

As a result of recent success they are looking to on board a Paid Social Specialist to join the team.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

This lively, fast-growing games studio is on the hunt for a Paid Social Specialist who knows how to make Meta Ads and TikTok Ads really work. You'll be the go-to person for creating and running campaigns that grab attention, get people talking, and ultimately send the right traffic straight to their Amazon shop.

It's all about blending smart targeting with creative flair to boost sales and grow their online presence. If you love digging into data just as much as coming up with fresh, scroll-stopping ideas, you'll fit right in with this fun, ambitious team who are all about turning great campaigns into real results.

PAID SOCIAL SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns from concept to launch.
• Develop engaging, on-brand ad creatives tailored to each platform's audience.
• Optimise campaigns daily to maximise ROI and drive high-quality traffic to the Amazon shop.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and provide actionable insights.
• Test different creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to improve results.
• Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the creative team to align ad content with the brand's tone and style.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to meet sales and growth targets.
• Report on campaign performance and recommend ways to scale successful strategies.
• Collaborative Work.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE

• 3+ years in a Paid Social position.
• Meta Ads & TikTok Ads experience essential.
• Ability to drive traffic to the Amazon shop essential.
• Experience with other platforms desirable.
• eCommerce & Agency experience highly desirable.
• Great communication skills
• Excellent teamwork.
