Hours: 2pm - 12pm Monday to Thursday  
 
Salary: £13.50 - £16.50 per hour 
Shift Premium: Additional £3.00 per hour between 5pm and 12am 
 
Are you ready to join a dynamic team delivering precise and professional powder coating services?  
 
We are seeking a dedicated Paint Line Operative to play a vital role in the paint operations department.  
 
Key Responsibilities: 

Perform all aspects of the powder coating process including loading and unloading components 
Apply powder coating using spray guns with accuracy and care 
Maintain equipment such as spray guns, ovens, and conveyor systems 
Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping standards on the paint line 
Handle manual tasks involving lifting and moving heavy items safely
Stand throughout the entire shift while maintaining focus and productivity 
 What We’re Looking For:
- Practical understanding of powder coating processes and related equipment 
- Steady hands and attention to detail for precise application 
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work in hot environments near curing ovens 
- Ability to lift and move heavy parts safely 
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a fast-paced production setting 
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent output quality
