We are recruiting for a skilled Paint Prepper to join a busy independent Bodyshop in Lewes, East Sussex.

Working on a diverse range of vehicles including race cars, classics, sports cars, vans and private customer vehicles, this is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist environment where attention to detail and quality are key.

The Role

Preparing vehicles for paint
Carrying out sanding, masking and primer application
Ensuring vehicles are ready for the paint process to a high standard
Supporting the wider paint and Bodyshop team
Maintaining workshop cleanliness and safety standards

This role would suit an experienced Paint Prepper looking to join a specialist workshop offering a varied workload and stable long -term employment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a Paint Prepper or vehicle preparation role
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Time -served candidates will be considered
Bodyshop qualifications are advantageous but not essential
