Paint Repairer / Panel Beater (Non‑Structural)

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £36,000 basic DOE plus bonus opportunity 

Hours: 40 hours per week, 7am -  5:30pm (4 day working week )

Charles Hurst NI Carsmetic is recruiting for an experienced Paint Repairer / Panel Beater (Non‑Structural) to join our expanding bodyshop team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a main dealer and continue developing your skills within cosmetic and non‑structural repair.

Our Paint and Panel Technicians deliver high‑quality cosmetic repairs with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency and customer experience.

  Carry out non‑structural panel repairs including minor dents, scrapes and surface damage

  
  


• 
  

  Complete paint preparation and refinishing to manufacturer and Charles Hurst standards

  
  


• 
  

  Perform cosmetic repairs across panels, bumpers and exterior components

  Ensure all work follows approved processes and quality expectations

  Communicate clearly with customers to confirm required work and associated costs

  
  


• 
  

  Work effectively with the wider bodyshop team to deliver a seamless repair journey

  
  

For this role, we are looking for someone with previous experience in paint repair and non‑structural panel work. A full driving licence with a good driving record is required.
