Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer looking for your next opportunity in a professional and fast-paced body shop?

We’re working with a well-established body shop based in Southampton, and they’re currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Sprayer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for vehicle refinishing and a high standard of workmanship.

• Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming

• Mixing and colour matching paints accurately

• Applying paint using spray guns and other equipment to achieve a flawless finish

• Carrying out final polishing and refinishing tasks

• Ensuring all work meets industry and safety standards

• Collaborating with the body shop team to meet targets and deadlines

• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer / Vehicle Refinisher

• Strong knowledge of paint application and preparation techniques

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential

Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience
