Paint Sprayer

kolt recruitment are looking for a Paint Sprayer to join a well-established accident repair centre based in Witham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paint Technician to become part of a professional bodyshop team where quality, efficiency and attention to detail are key priorities.
Key responsibilities

* Preparing vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking and priming

* Mixing, colour matching and applying paint to manufacturer standards

* Completing full resprays, panel refinishing and SMART repairs where required

* Ensuring a high-quality finish on all work carried out

* Working closely with panel, MET and workshop teams to maintain efficient workflow

* Maintaining spray booths, tools and equipment to a high standard

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop or accident repair environment

* Strong knowledge of water-based and solvent paint systems

* Ability to deliver consistent high-quality finishes

* Good time management with the ability to work to targets

* Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship

* Full UK driving licence
