Our client, a leading UK-based accident repair group, is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their newly established facility in Rochester, Kent. Competitive basic salary approximately £54,600 per annum (£21 per hour) with an OTE of £57,000
Flexible working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:00, with some Saturdays paid at overtime (dependent on business needs)

Preparing, priming, and painting vehicles to strict timescales and quality standards
Ensuring work is completed in accordance with company specifications and health & safety procedures
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and orderly administration of work
Working collaboratively within a team or independently as required
Meeting deadlines while upholding quality standardsRequirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Paint Sprayer, with ARC, main dealer, or bodyshop background preferred
Full UK driving licence is essential
NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Painting preferred
ATA Paint Spraying accreditation advantageous
Own tools and equipment
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
