We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a leading manufacturing business based in Salford Priors, near Evesham.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous industrial, automotive, or manufacturing paint spraying experience who is looking for a long-term position with the potential to secure a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing components and surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming
Applying paint and coatings using spray equipment to achieve a high-quality finish
Mixing paints and coatings to the correct specifications
Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Carrying out touch-ups and rework where required
Maintaining paint spraying equipment and ensuring it is kept in good working order
Working from production schedules and job specifications
Handling materials safely and efficiently throughout the painting process
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Following all company procedures and Health & Safety regulations
Requirements
Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer within a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or automotive environment
Experience using airless, conventional, or HVLP spray equipment
Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious
Understanding of paint preparation and finishing techniques
Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport due to the location
