Swindon | Permanent | Competitive Hourly Rate: £19.50 – £22.00 + Bonus + Overtime

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Preparing and refinishing vehicles to a high standard.

*

Carrying out paintwork on both insurance and private repair jobs.

*

Colour matching and blending to manufacturer specifications.

*

Delivering consistent, high-quality finishes.

*

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

*

Working efficiently as part of a professional workshop team.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

*

Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer in a bodyshop environment.

*

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

*

The ability to maintain quality in a busy, fast-paced workshop.

*

A positive, professional attitude and strong team ethic.

*

ATA accreditation (beneficial but not essential).
