Our client, a well-established independent commercial vehicle bodyshop in Feltham, Greater London, is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to work within a reputable, family-run environment that values quality craftsmanship and staff development.

Salary up to £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience and skills
Monday to Thursday working week with early finish on Fridays at 3.45pm
45-hour working week with no weekend duties

Prepare vehicle panels and surfaces for painting, ensuring quality standards
Mix and colour-match paints to manufacturer specifications
Apply primers, basecoats, and clearcoats using modern spray painting techniques
Carry out blending and refinishing work for high-quality finishes
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Collaborate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure workflow efficiency
Ensure all repairs are carried out to the highest standards of safety and qualityRequirements for the Paint Sprayer position:

Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer, ideally within a commercial vehicle or accident repair environment
Strong skills in paint preparation, colour-matching, and refinishing
Knowledge of modern paint systems and application techniques
Attention to detail and pride in delivering premium workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential
Excellent organisational and communication skillsTo be successful in this role, Paint Sprayers must possess a genuine passion for delivering outstanding paint finishes and be committed to maintaining high standards.
