Role: Paint Sprayer / Cabin Preparation

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Paint Sprayer to join a busy team on a full-time basis.

The role will involve preparing cabins ready for painting and then spraying them in either our standard colours or a customer’s specific livery and colour scheme. You will be responsible for ensuring each cabin is properly prepared and finished to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing cabins and surfaces ready for spraying

Sanding, cleaning, masking and general preparation work

Mixing and preparing paints where required

Spray painting cabins to the required colour and finish

Applying customer-specific liveries and colour schemes

Ensuring a consistent, high-quality finish

Checking completed work and correcting any imperfections

Maintaining spraying equipment and keeping the work area clean and organised

Following all relevant health and safety procedures

Working to deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer is preferred

Good knowledge of surface preparation and spray-painting techniques

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to produce a professional, consistent finish

Reliable and able to work as part of a team

Good awareness of health and safety within a spraying/industrial environment

This is a full-time opportunity and would suit someone with previous experience in industrial, commercial vehicle, automotive, bodyshop or similar paint-spraying environments
