Painter We are looking for a Painter to join our well-established client in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, priming, and painting surfaces to the highest quality standards, ensuring all work meets company and safety requirements. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Details Salary - £15.00ph Working Hours are - Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00 / 07:30am - 15:30 Location - Milton Keynes Duration - Temp / on going
Role of a Painter * Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers or sealers. * Mix and match paint colours and finishes according to specifications. * Apply paint, varnish, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. * Inspect and maintain painting tools and equipment to ensure proper working condition. * Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). * Maintain a clean and organised work area. * Conduct quality checks to ensure finished surfaces meet required standards. * Communicate any material shortages, defects, or maintenance needs to supervisors. * Collaborate with other departments or team members to meet project timelines and quality expectations.

Requirements for a Painter * Proven experience as a Painter (industrial, commercial, or residential). * Knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and surface preparation. * Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, or specifications. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Good physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, or lift for extended periods. * Awareness of health and safety regulations. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under minimal supervision.
