Our client is looking for an experienced Painter for role in Chesterfield. Experience in social housing maintenance is desired but not essential. 

The Job and duties of Painter operative 

renovating rooms 
bringing properties up to the required level for sign off
Painting and decoratingRequirements for a painter 

You will need a Full UK driving license 
Proven experience in the maintenance sector
Be able to provide at least two working references 
hold a CSCS card and NVQ Competitive day rate with lots of company benefits to be discussed.
