Painter and Decorator

Currently looking for a painter and decorator on a temporary project in Lincoln. Working on social housing and care homes across Lincoln. Must have a CSCS card, City and guilds or time served experience. Must have all own tools and whites and a professional attitude.

Main scope of works is repair work and some new. Internal emulsion and gloss, with some filling and rubbing down. Must be able to complete the full duration of the job (3 weeks).

Qualification

City & Guilds part II or minimum NVQ Level 2 in painting and decorating

Recognised apprenticeship in painting and decorating

Experience

Must be a time served painter and decorator

Worked within NHS environment or care homes (preferable).

Other

Own tools & PPE

Ability to interact at all levels.

Flexibility and adaptability.
