About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Decorators to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, site-based role, working across various projects including commercial and residential properties. You’ll be responsible for internal and external redecorations, patch repairs, and large project works, ensuring all jobs are completed to a high standard.

Key Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Minimum 6 years’ decorating experience
• Strong skills in patch repairs
• Proven experience with both internal & external redecorations
• Experience working on large-scale project works
• CSCS Card

Nice-to-Haves:

• IPAF or PASMA certification
• City & Guilds qualification
• 6+ years’ experience in the trade
• Previous experience supervising a site team
