We are seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to carry out specialist painting works on fire doors, frames, and casings within the M8 area. This role requires someone with a strong eye for detail and proven experience working specifically with fire‑rated doors.

Key Responsibilities

Painting fire doors, frames, architraves, and casings

Preparing surfaces to a high standard

Ensuring all works meet fire‑safety and compliance requirements

Maintaining a clean and professional work area

Working efficiently to meet project deadlines

Requirements

CSCS Blue Card or NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating

Valid Asbestos Awareness Certificate

Previous experience painting fire doors is essential

Strong finishing skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and follow site instructions
