Job Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

The RoleWe're recruiting on behalf of our client for three experienced Painter & Decorators to join a project based in Chester with immediate starts available.

This is an excellent temporary opportunity with the potential to work on additional projects across the local area upon successful completion of the initial assignment.

You will be working on empty residential properties, carrying out preparation and decorating work to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Tape and joint plasterboard where required.

Sand down newly plasterboarded surfaces ready for decoration.

Prepare surfaces for painting.

Apply paint to walls, ceilings, and woodwork to a high standard.

Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.

Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator.

Experience with tape and jointing and surface preparation.

Ability to work independently and manage your workload.

Good attention to detail and a high-quality finish.

Reliable with a strong work ethic.

Available to start immediately.

Equipment RequiredThe following will be provided:

Painting materials.

Large sanding equipment.

Applicants must supply their own:

Paint brushes.

Roller heads.

Small hand sander.
