Job Description:

As a Painter and Decorator at YourRetreats, you will play a vital role in our construction projects by adding the finishing touches that make our buildings stand out. You will be responsible for painting and decorating tasks, such as surface preparation, selecting and applying paints, and ensuring that our projects meet the highest aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting and decorating.
• Select appropriate paints, colors, and materials.
• Apply paints and decorative finishes with precision.
• Create visually appealing and high-quality decorative designs.
• Collaborate with team members
• Maintain accurate records of work and materials used.

• Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator.
• Proficiency in painting and decorating techniques and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Knowledge of various painting materials, color schemes, and design principles.
• Ability to interpret design plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe work practices.
