Painter & Decorator – Brighton – Immediate Start

Location: Brighton, East Sussex
Duration: 1 Week (with the potential for ongoing or permanent work)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Hard Hat Recruitment is looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a redecoration project in Brighton.

This is initially a one-week assignment carrying out high-quality redecoration works, including painting walls and woodwork. For the right candidate who demonstrates reliability and a high standard of workmanship, there is the opportunity for ongoing work and potentially a permanent position.

Responsibilities

* Preparing surfaces ready for decoration.

* Painting internal walls, ceilings and woodwork.

* Carrying out high-quality redecoration works.

* Filling, sanding and making good where required.

* Protecting surrounding areas and maintaining a clean working environment.

* Following all site health and safety procedures.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator.

* Own brushes, rollers and decorating tools.

* Full PPE.

* Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.

* Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

* Ability to provide recent work references.
