Your Role:
As part of our experienced Planned Maintenance Team, you'll be responsible for carrying out professional painting and decorating work on residential properties, ensuring homes are well-maintained and tenants receive excellent service.
What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in painting & decorating
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A full UK driving licence (essential) (Max 6 points)
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations in residential maintenance
