Repair and replace vehicle panels to industry standards using appropriate techniques
Strip and refit vehicles ensuring high-quality workmanship
Document repair work accurately using computer systems and relevant software
Maintain high standards of safety and quality throughout all tasks
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
Ensure all repairs are consistent with manufacturer guidelines and safety requirementsRequirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Panel Beater is preferred but not compulsory
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work to high standards following correct procedures
Relevant qualifications such as ATA or NVQ are advantageous but not essential if you possess the necessary skills
IT literacy beneficial for documenting and managing work records
