Duties of the Panel Beater:
* Replacing or repairing damaged panels to a high standards of quality and safety
* Planning repair work, including ordering parts necessary for repairs
* Ensuring repairs are completed efficiently within specified timeframes
* Keeping up-to-date with the latest techniques, products, and industry standards
* Delivering outstanding customer service to foster customer loyalty
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
* Completing accurate administrative tasks related to each job
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Panel Technician or Panel Beater
* Strong attention to detail with a high standard of workmanship
* Ability to work efficiently alone and as part of a team
* Good organisational skills and a positive attitude
* Experience with repair planning and parts ordering is advantageous but not essential
* Relevant professional experience is essential; formal qualifications are not mandatory
