Repair or replace damaged vehicle body panels in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Dismantle and reassemble vehicle structures, chassis, and frameworks efficiently and safely
Use appropriate tools, jigs, and fixtures to ensure precise repair work meeting safety standards
Attend continuous training on the latest repair techniques and technological advancements
Maintain high standards of quality and ensure customer satisfaction with every repair
Keep the workshop clean, safe, and well-maintained
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, communicating repair progress and additional work required
Support junior team members and contribute to a positive workshop environmentRequirements of this Panel Beater position:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Vehicle Panel Repair and Replacement
Knowledge of welding, jigging, and structural repair techniques
Familiarity with modern repair technologies, including aluminium and high-strength steel
Attention to detail with a commitment to high workmanship standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, COSHH, and workshop protocols
Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented
