Panel Beater

Supreme Recruitment Services is recruiting on behalf of a reputable Accident Repair Centre for an experienced Panel Beater. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, modern workshop where quality workmanship and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything they do.

The Role

As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards. Working as part of a skilled team, you'll restore vehicle bodywork using a range of repair techniques while maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Repair damaged vehicle body panels using approved repair methods.

* Remove and replace damaged panels and structural components where required.

* Straighten chassis and bodywork using specialist equipment.

* Carry out welding, panel alignment, and fitting of replacement parts.

* Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards.

* Work closely with painters, preppers, and workshop colleagues to meet deadlines.

* Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair centre or bodyshop.

* Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and modern repair equipment.

* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality repairs.

* Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.

* Advantageous: Candidates who hold an NVQ or IMI qualifications

* Full UK driving licence preferred.
