We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Vehicle Panel Beater in Nottinghamshire. This is a time-served position ideal for experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician individuals seeking a reputable employer with excellent career progression potential. Carry out high-quality vehicle body repairs, including panel replacement
Conduct chassis and framework repairs to ensure safety and structural integrity
Accurately assess vehicle damage to determine repair methods
Complete bumper and door repairs as necessary
Ensure all repairs meet internal and third-party quality standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Work efficiently to meet repair deadlines and productivity targets
Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth workshop operationsRequirements of a Panel Beater:

Previous experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater / Panel Technician is essential
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification is desirable
Strong hands-on experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications
Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship 
Ability to work efficiently whilst maintaining high standards
Strong communication and team working skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
ATA accreditation would be highly advantageous
Experience working to BSI 10125 standards is beneficial
