We are currently seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join a reputable, family-run crash repair workshop located in Morden. This is an excellent Panel Beater opportunity for experienced Panel Beaters to work within a supportive environment that prioritises quality workmanship and team collaboration. The Panel Beater role offers competitive remuneration and overtime potential, making it an ideal choice for professionals eager to advance their careers.

Competitive basic salary of up to £55,000 per year, with potential earnings reaching £60,000 including overtime
Overtime available at an enhanced rate
Working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday mornings on a rota paid at overtime rates
20 days holiday plus statutory leave

Perform accurate panel beatings and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
Ensure all work is completed to factory standards and within specified timeframes

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures
Follow established repair processes to ensure high-quality resultsRequirements:

Proven experience as a Panel Beater, preferably within a crash repair setting
Strong repair skills with a good understanding of vehicle structures
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
