Panel Beater

• Salary: £34,200 plus uncapped bonus and overtime
• Location: Great Yarmouth
• Job Type: Permanent
• Working Hours: 9.5 hours a day, 6am-4pm or 7.30am-5pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break

We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Panel Beater to join a reputable automotive repair centre in the Great Yarmouth area. The successful candidate will work on insurance contracts, with 60-70 vehicles on site at any given time, and will have the opportunity to earn a significant monthly income including bonuses.

• Replacement of panels and removing and replacing the body shell of vehicles.
• Panel straightening, filling, and ensuring body alignment.
• Welding and bonding as required for vehicle repairs.
• Achieve 150% efficiency by completing tasks in a timely manner, earning bonuses for work completed ahead of schedule.
• Work collaboratively with the bodyshop team to maintain high standards of work and meet deadlines.

• Proven experience within a Panel Beater role.
• Full Panel Beater qualifications to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• ATA accreditation would be advantageous.
• A hard-working individual with meticulous attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

• Competitive salary with uncapped bonus potential.
• Overtime paid at time and a half (£22.50 per hour).
• Potential to take home £3,500 - £4,000 a month including bonuses.
