Panel Beater/Sprayer

Panel Beater / Sprayer Position static and occasional Mobile to our internal sites.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Panel Beater/Sprayer to join our team based out of our Barking Yard and occasional mobile call outs to our own internal sites.

The role involves repairing plant machinery bodywork and site containers to manufacturer standards, preparing, and applying paint finishes, and ensuring high-quality results for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Panel Beating & Repairs
• Assess and repair body panels, dents, scratches, and structural damage.
• Use specialist tools and equipment for cutting, welding, filling, and shaping.
• Replace damaged parts with new panels where necessary.
• Ensure all repairs comply with safety and manufacturer standards.

• Spraying & Finishing
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming.
• Mix and apply paints to match original finishes.
• Operate spray guns and drying equipment to achieve high-quality paintwork.
• Perform final polishing and finishing for a flawless result.

• Quality Control
• Inspect vehicles throughout and after the repair process.
• Ensure all work meets company and insurance requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workshop.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a panel beater / sprayer.
• Ability to mix and match paints accurately.
• Skilled in the use of body repair and spraying tools.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Awareness of health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Full UK driving license.
