We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Panel Wirer to join our clients expanding team. This role involves assembling electrical control panels for the street lighting and Electric Vehicle Charging industries. Due to increased workload and company growth, they are seeking skilled individuals to enhance our production capabilities.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Fit electrical components and wiring based on schematics and drawings.
• Build, wire, and assemble power distribution units using hand tools and power tools.
• Conduct elements of panel testing to ensure quality and functionality.
• Work with Single and Three Phase electrical systems.
• Handle both high and low volume wiring assemblies.
• Engage in fault finding and repair activities as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Essential experience working with Single and Three Phase electrical systems.
• Highly desirable experience with busbar assemblies.
• Previous panel wiring and electrical testing experience is highly desirable.
• Holding the 18th Edition certification is highly desirable.
• Completion of a recognised apprenticeship in a relevant field is preferred.
• Ability to interpret and understand electrical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work according to schematic drawings.
• Demonstrated time management and multitasking abilities.
• Creative problem-solving aptitude.
