My client is experiencing an unprecedented period of growth and is seeking a dedicated Paralegal / Fee Earner / Solicitor to join their Stockport office. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a caseload of ELPL/Clin Neg/RTA claims, primarily within the Official Injury Claim or MOJ Claims Portal.

• Manage claims using Proclaim case management software, from initial instructions through to settlement, including litigation where appropriate.
• Handle mixed injury/hybrid injury claims, with opportunities to value and negotiate settlements in line with Judicial College Guidelines.
• Argue liability settlements when applicable.
• Work largely self-supported within a collaborative and supportive team.
• Receive supervision and training, with basic administrative assistance.

• Minimum of 12 months' experience managing your own caseload of RTA OIC/MOJ files, including OIC/Part 8 litigation.
• Proven track record of working to and achieving targets.
• Positive attitude towards meeting targets and contributing to a team structure.
• Familiarity and experience with Proclaim case management software.
• Receptive to supervision and training, with an organised and self-motivated approach.
