A leading international law firm is seeking a Banking Paralegal to join its dynamic team in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality, complex finance matters for major clients across a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting fee earners on banking and finance transactions
• Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation
• Conducting legal research and due diligence
• Assisting with client communications and deal management
• Supporting the team in maintaining compliance and file management standards

Key Requirements:

• Previous paralegal experience (ideally within banking, finance, or commercial law)
• Strong academic background - Law degree or equivalent preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Confident using legal tech and document management systems
