TSR Legal are proud to be working with a leading Legal 500 law firm who now have brand new opportunities for two Paralegals to join their highly respected Civil Litigation team, with opportunities available in both Swansea and Carmarthen offices.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and forward-thinking law firm that is known for its strong regional and national client base. The team handles a broad range of complex civil and commercial litigation matters, including medium to high-value property disputes and general litigation work for commercial clients.

The Role:

You will be supporting litigation fee earners across a diverse and stimulating caseload, gaining valuable exposure to high-quality work. Responsibilities will include:

• Attending client meetings with fee earners, preparing attendance notes and follow-up correspondence
• Handling new client enquiries and assisting with case allocation
• Liaising with clients, legal representatives, courts, and third parties
• Conducting legal research and preparing briefing notes
• Assisting with the preparation and electronic submission of court bundles
• Instructing counsel and working to strict deadlines
• Providing ad hoc administrative and legal support to the wider litigation team

This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong academic background, or someone who has begun to gain legal experience and is eager to develop within a litigation environment. Whether you're starting your legal career or looking to establish yourself long-term as a paralegal, this position offers clear development pathways.

• Strong academic qualifications (law degree or equivalent)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
