The Paralegal's role

This Paralegal opportunity involves hands-on legal work across a variety of departments. You'll support both routine and complex legal matters, applying smart resourcing and innovative thinking to deliver top-tier service. Working closely with partners and associates, you'll help structure legal matters effectively and ensure the right skills are applied to the right tasks.

You'll also be instrumental in driving the firm's vision to work "Smarter", taking on evolving responsibilities within a collaborative and tech-enabled environment.

The Paralegal

The ideal Paralegal will have:

• A minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree (Law or GDL preferred)
• Previous experience in a legal or paralegal role, ideally within a commercial law environment
• A keen interest in qualifying as a solicitor via the SQE route
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset

Participation in the firm's QualiFLY programme allows Paralegals to complete the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) and Qualifying Work Experience (QWE) within a structured two-year programme, progressing toward a Newly Qualified (NQ) solicitor position.
