What will you be doing?
• You will be supporting the Commercial team with legal input, focusing on NEC3 and NEC4 contracts,
• Reviewing, drafting, and amending contracts and subcontracts,
• Advising project teams during tender and delivery stages, helping manage risk and resolve contract issues,
• Assisting with legal documents such as NDAs, warranties, and guarantees,
• Keeping accurate records and managing the administrative side of legal documents,
• Working under Legal Counsel while developing your knowledge of NEC and construction law.

Where will you be doing it?
• Our client is a leading company within the nuclear waste management and decommissioning field.

What you'll need:
• To hold a law degree,
• Experience working as a Paralegal,
• Experience of drafting & using NEC3 and NEC4 contracts,
• Used to dealing with confidential and commercial information,
• Construction or Nuclear experience is desirable.
