Role Summary:

A rare opportunity to join a specialist commercial property team working on major development matters across the region. You’ll support senior fee earners on significant land, lease, and infrastructure deals while managing elements of transactions independently — perfect for a paralegal looking to deepen technical exposure and step into a more strategic position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support fee earners on land acquisition, development, and lease transactions: Work on high-value, multi-party deals

• Draft and review legal documentation, including leases and contracts: Build deep technical understanding

• Conduct due diligence, title reviews, and Land Registry processes: Enhance your end-to-end file experience

• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and third parties: Develop your commercial communication skills

• Mentor junior team members and assist with workflow management: Step into leadership responsibility

Requirements:

• Strong experience in commercial property or land/development transactions

• Confident handling documentation, searches, and Land Registry submissions

• Ability to manage parts of a transaction independently

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
