A respected and specialist law firm is looking to welcome a Junior Paralegal to its supportive and friendly team. This is an ideal opportunity for a professional, empathetic, and motivated individual with a keen interest in working with vulnerable clients and private client law.

The Role The Junior Paralegal will provide vital support to senior fee earners in the Court of Protection team. Day-to-day duties include:

• Preparing legal documents, court forms, and witness statements
• Liaising with clients, carers, families, and professionals
• Assisting with financial matters such as dealing with banks and utility companies
• Managing deputyship files and maintaining client records
• Conducting legal research and drafting correspondence
• Supporting meetings and client visits

What You’ll Need

• 2:1 degree or equivalent (Law or non-Law discipline), or relevant legal qualifications (e.g. CILEX Level 3)
• Some paralegal or legal work experience
• Strong communication, research, and organisational skills
• A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
