Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and supervising a team of junior paralegals
• Handling a caseload of complex commercial litigation matters
• Liaising with clients, counsel, and other legal professionals
• Supporting solicitors with case preparation and strategy

Requirements:

• Strong experience in commercial litigation
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly desirable
• Excellent organisational and client care skills
• Able to work confidently in a fast-paced legal environment
