Paralegal

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Conveyancing Paralegal to join a busy and supportive team in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid experience in residential property work, particularly plot sales or high-volume transactions, who enjoys a fast-paced environment and working with autonomy.

You’ll be responsible for handling your own caseload, supported by digital tools and efficient systems, and will work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure a high standard of service delivery from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, with a focus on plot sales or similar high-volume work
• Drafting, reviewing, and preparing documents using internal systems and templates
• Liaising with clients, third parties, and internal teams to progress files efficiently
• Ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistency across all documentation and communications
• Meeting deadlines and handling competing priorities calmly and professionally
• Contributing to team targets and wider departmental goals

About You:

You’ll be an experienced paralegal or conveyancer who thrives in a structured, high-volume setting. You're confident with systems, have strong communication skills, and enjoy taking ownership of your work while maintaining attention to detail.

You’ll also bring:

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing (plot sales experience highly beneficial)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Confidence working independently and within a team
• Proficiency with case management or digital file systems
