Day-to-day of the role:

• Support fee earners by handling a broad range of private client matters.
• Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Assist with Probate and Estate Administration.
• Engage in Trusts and Tax Planning.
• Liaise with clients, third parties, and internal teams to ensure smooth case management.
• Prepare legal documentation and correspondence.
• Manage case files diligently and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Private Client department is essential.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A professional and empathetic approach to client care.
• Legal qualifications (e.g., LPC or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
