Are you looking to build your legal career in a supportive, professional, and social team environment? Our highly reputable Cheltenham-based firm is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join the Private Client team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced solicitors on interesting and meaningful matters, where you’ll be supported to grow and develop your skills. Previous experience in Private Client law would be ideal, but we’re also keen to hear from candidates with paralegal or legal experience in other areas.

What you’ll do as a Private Client Paralegal

As a key member of the team, you’ll support solicitors with a variety of administrative and client-focused tasks, including:

• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Preparing and organising case files
• Carrying out legal research
• Assisting with client onboarding and due diligence
• Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external professionals
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
• Providing general administrative support to the Private Client team

What we’re looking for you to demonstrate

• Previous paralegal or legal experience (Private Client experience advantageous but not essential)
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• A proactive, professional, and team-focused approach
