Legal Secretary/Junior Paralegal – Company & Commercial
Location: Hull – Office Based
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Salary: Dependent on Experience

An established firm is looking to recruit a proactive and organised Legal Secretary or Junior Paralegal to support its busy Company & Commercial team. This is a great opportunity for someone already in a similar role or a law graduate looking to get their foot in the door.

What you’ll be doing:

• Typing and document production (digital dictation)
• Opening files and carrying out AML checks
• Amending legal documents and preparing bills
• Uploading data to external portals and creating electronic data rooms

What we’re looking for:

• Strong IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage your workload independently while working closely with a wider team
• Organised, reliable and eager to learn
