Unity Resourcing is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join its busy Commercial Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive Paralegal looking to further develop their commercial property expertise within a supportive and forward-thinking legal practice. Working closely with senior legal professionals, you will gain exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters and play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to clients.

The Role

You will support a varied caseload acting for landlords, tenants, property investors, businesses and private clients across a range of sectors including office, industrial, retail and agricultural property.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and progressing commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.

Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

Reviewing title documentation, searches and due diligence information.

Drafting and preparing commercial leases, licences, assignments and related documentation.

Supporting landlord and tenant matters.

Assisting with property finance transactions.

Preparing reports, completion statements and transaction documentation.

Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, lenders and other professional advisers.

Handling Land Registry applications and post-completion work.

Managing key dates, deadlines and transaction timetables.

Maintaining accurate case management records and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Supporting networking and business development activities.

About You

Previous experience within a Commercial Property Paralegal role.

Strong legal drafting, document review and research skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.

Professional and client-focused approach.

A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within Commercial Property.
